Valuations
Only our Chartered Valuation Surveyors with RICS Registered Valuer status can carry out our Market Valuations to ensure they are reliable, well considered, and delivered to international valuation standards. (RICS Red Book Standard). With a team of seasoned property experts and a constant finger on the pulse of the property market, we provide market valuations to help you maximise the return on your investment. This also gives our clients peace of mind, and has an extremely useful part to play in the decision making process. Retrospective Market Valuations are also carried out to the same exacting standard, for Solicitors requiring Expert opinion on historic residential market valuations.
Property Surveys

Project Management

At Abode Chartered Surveyors, we aim to minimise the hassle with a personal service which takes you from initial purchasing advice, through to project management if you decide to re-model and refurbish once you have the keys to your new home.
Part of that process may involve providing Party Wall services if you intend to make any changes at the Party Wall of your property, we can discuss this with you; as well as helping to source and schedule contractors for essential works identified within our thorough survey report at the beginning of the process. Expert Witness - Residential Valuation
